Do you feel like you’re not quite yourself? Have you noticed a change in your internal world? Or do you feel like you are struggling a bit? Reaching out for support during a difficult time is a sign of both bravery and strength. I am here to provide support through difficult times and to work with you on challenges or issues you may be facing. I am committed to developing an understanding of who you are, the difficulties you are facing and the goals you would like to work toward. I provide a supportive, warm and holistic approach and develop a tailored evidence-based treatment plan, that addresses your individual needs and goals. As a Clinical Psychologist I have worked with people of different ages and diverse populations, cultures and backgrounds. I have worked in various different clinical settings including in both inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, university clinics and private practice. I have also trained in a number of therapeutic approaches. Together, this variety of experiences and training has provided me with understanding and insight into a wide range of different presenting problems or concerns and the impact of these on your-day-today. This also allows me to tailor my therapeutic approach so that we, together, can work on enhancing your wellbeing, make internal or external change to the self or context, and build upon a satisfying, meaningful and fulfilling life in line with your values. As a Clinical Psychologist in private practice, I currently work with adults aged 18 years and over. I provide assessment, case formulation and individualised therapeutic intervention to those in early adulthood, middle adulthood and older adulthood, experiencing a broad array of difficulties or concerns.
