Belinda offers a warm and genuine approach and uses evidence-based treatments to help clients make positive life changes. Belinda is trained in the following therapeutic modalities: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and the Circle of Security Parenting Program.
