It's an old fashion customer service at its best, thank you: The pool pump stopped working on Christmas Eve. Inquired over Christmas about new pump availability. Emma responded first day after Christmas 7:30 am saying they had one in stock and offered to bring the old one for inspection. Long story short: instead of selling me a new pump, the guys fixed the old one within 2 hours for a fraction of the new pump cost.
