On Wed 1 Feb I drove into the Woden Plaza underground carpark and discovered I had a flat rear right tyre. NRMA fixed it up with my half/spare and I limped the car to Bridgestone Phillip, where I had bought four new tyres about 6 months ago. I drove in at close to closing time. The greeting and service I received were exemplary. I actually felt that they were my friends and were glad to see me. The team gave my wife and me a cup of coffee, they repaired the tyre (nail in tread), checked ALL tyres, put away the half-tyre neatly and set us on our way within minutes.
