Articulate Physiotherapy Brisbane was founded by Principal Physiotherapist Mauricio Bara in June 2019 in Tarragindi, and has recently expanded to Coorparoo. Our dedicated team of Brisbane Southside based Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are experts in designing treatment programs for complex musculoskeletal, spinal, sporting and performance enhancement patients. With a strong commitment to continuing professional development, our team utilise cutting edge treatments and state of the art technology including the AxIT system and real time ultrasound to provide each patient with the best possible outcomes and experience. Our beautiful in-house Clinical Exercise and Pilates studios at Tarragindi and Coorparoo enables us to provide an integrated and holistic approach to both preventative and ongoing healthcare.

Reformer, Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre classes are offered every day of the week, individually programmed and taught by an encouraging, enthusiastic and exceptional instructor. You will be recognised by name, you will be supported, your needs will be honoured, you will be challenged, you will exercise and move in a way that strengthens and nourishes your body and mind. Inna Essence is a custom-designed and lovingly built Pilates and Yoga studio, located on Logan Road in Underwood. Anna and Andrea, co-founders and owners have carefully considered and selected every element you see when you arrive. Reception has been designed to feel like your lounge room, a place where you can relax, take in a deep breath, and forget about everything. Friends sit and chat together before and after class, read, enjoy a coffee, or just have a quiet moment to catch their breath. Studio 1 is a beautiful light-filled studio, featuring floor to ceiling windows, sheer curtains, and the most beautiful morning sunshine. We have a gorgeous 9 metre long ballet barre, hand-crafted yoga table made from reclaimed timber, and custom-built shelves containing all our props for Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre classes. Studio 2 is the home of our 10 Reformer machines. We love our Merrithew SPX Max and V2 Reformers; with Anna’s dad Ralph servicing and cleaning them every week so the work perfectly for every class. Each reformer has its own box, maple pole and jumpboard so we can offer variety and modifications for every session. Down the hallway you will find three treatment rooms; these are the home for our resident Osteopath and Mental Health Counsellors.
