This innovative program is designed to increase the mobility, co-ordination, strength and endurance of your spine. Our clinic holds six medical exercise devices that are specifically designed to target, isolate, progressively exercise and evaluate the function of the muscles in your neck, back and lower back. If you want to decrease stiffness and pain emanating from your neck, back, or lower back, Getback might be right for you. Action Physiotherapy offers a free 30minute introduction to the Getback program. Action physiotherapy also caters for patients under Work Cover, Veterans Affairs, 3rd Party Insurance and the Medicare EPC program. New patients are welcome.
