BOWEN THERAPY Bowen Therapy assists my clients reduce muscular pain and tension in many areas of the body such as back, neck, head, jaw, shoulders, arms, hips, hamstrings, knees and feet. The therapy improves range of body movement and stimulates the body to re-align itself to correct posture. Bowen therapy is a gentle form of bodywork suitable for all ages, including pregnant mamas and can be received fully clothed. The light rolling movements over the muscles during a session also calm the nervous system allowing deep relaxation. REIKI Reiki is a powerful healing modality which brings energy and vitality into the body. This energy seeks to clear trapped emotions. It brings shifts in perspective, relaxation and a feeling of connectiveness. COMBINED HEALING Most of my treatments are a combination of Bowen Therapy and Reiki (although I can do separately if preferred).
