READINGS I have been working as a professional psychic medium for over 30 years. From a young age I have been able to communicate with the spirit world and those who have passed over. BOWEN THERAPY Bowen Therapy assists my clients reduce muscular pain and tension in many areas of the body such as back, neck, head, jaw, shoulders, arms, hips, hamstrings, knees and feet. The therapy improves range of body movement and stimulates the body to re-align itself to correct posture. Bowen therapy is a gentle form of bodywork suitable for all ages, including pregnant mamas and can be received fully clothed. The light rolling movements over the muscles during a session also calm the nervous system allowing deep relaxation. REIKI Reiki is a powerful healing modality which brings energy and vitality into the body. This energy seeks to clear trapped emotions. It brings shifts in perspective, relaxation and a feeling of connectiveness. COMBINED HEALING Most of my treatments are a combination of Bowen Therapy and Reiki (although I can do separately if preferred). I find this is a magical combination which assists the client heal both physically and emotionally. The two modalities compliment each other, creating a more wholesome healing with better results. REFLEXOLOGY Did you know that different organs and parts of our body are mapped on the soles of our feet? Both the Egyptians and Chinese discovered that the health of different parts of the body can be accessed and improved through stimulating areas of the feet (and also the hands and ears can do this as well!). A reflexology treatment will begin with a Reiki Chakra Balance to relax, calm and clear your energies. This is followed by a pressure point foot massage for healing of whole of body.
