I have suffered for many years with restricted movements. I have had big pain in upper back, lower back, cramps in legs & toes. I have been unable to bend to put my socks on, to sit comfortably in a car or to turn my neck or upper back. This has been my 3rd appointment & I feel less pain & am more flexible. I plan to have 2 more sessions. Julia listens to me & discusses issues as to WHY I am in pain. This assists me to help myself by managing my own situation. I have bought shoe inserts from Julia due to my high arch. The inserts are keeping me upright. Without the inserts my toes bare my full weight which in turn puts strain on my tendons & they get tighter, restricting me from bending & fully moving my upper torso. What I have learnt is to keep using my inserts everyday and night and to keep warm. Tendons love heat and will remain flat for longer. Tendons do not like cold and shrink which in time causes movement restrictions & pain. It is painful but the results are worth it.
