My emotional experience with going to Soo: In the past few months I have had a great deal more joy in my life on an ongoing basis. I have experienced a number of different modalities with Soo - Hypnotherapy, NLP, and more recently EDMR. I found the EDMR in particular generate energy throughout my body - my body was very activated by it.
