Alana has been a dedicated Ka Huna Massage practitioner since 2008. Her journey began with the study of remedial massage, leading her to complete Level 6 at Mette’s Institute in Queensland. Alana’s extensive background also includes qualifications in fitness, coaching, and holistic counselling, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of the body mind-spirit connection. Alana’s approach to Ka Huna massage is guided by her intuitive ability to connect with each client’s unique needs on a spiritual, emotional, and physical level. She believes in the power of holistic healing to restore balance, release tension, emotional blockages, and promote overall well-being using the 7 traditional principles of Huna Philosophy.
