The food at Spice it up is quite delicious! They have very generous servings and the restaurant is situated in the bowling club. Drinks are very reasonable and are bought from the bar. Not much atmosphere and very noisy but all in all an enjoyable evening.

Preordered Christmas seafood by phone - lovely young man took the order and gave pick up information. Arrived Christmas Eve to see a huge line up at the front of the shop but orders were from the back office - quick friendly service there as well- Our order was ready and packed in syrofoam Fantastic service at this busy time of the year. Five of us had dinner at Mel's on Broadway last Sunday. Great little club restaurant, beautiful food, steak cooked to perfection, best chips in the Tweed, beautiful fresh salad with just the right amount of dressing, great pasta. We all enjoyed our meals. Staff were friendly and courteous. For a little country club it was excellent value for money.
