“We are so happy with our window shutters! Thanks Phoenix Blinds. Your professional efficient friendly service was the reason why we went with you. You answered all our questions giving us peace of mind to proceed. All was done according to the schedule you gave us. Its been 10 months now since they were installed & we have had experienced most weathers with no issues. They are great at helping to keep us cool in summer & help retain heat in winter. Our bedroom shutter keeps the light out so we get a good night's sleep & are not woken at first light. The only thing we notice is that we have to charge the remotes more often than you said but we do use the shutters every day at least twice. Its great to have the added protection on our windows in storms. Would highly recommend your team to everyone. THANKYOU.”

Wollongong Roller ShuttersI was left disappointed by the blinds and awning I had installed by Coordinations. I was recommended an awning that isn't fit for purpose and is near impossible to operate. My blinds were installed back to front, and the chain for one was affixed to the wall in a position that does not allow us to open and close the blind freely. As a result this blind is now creased and I've moved the chain myself to prevent further damage. I wasn't offered a practical solution to the awning, and was completely ignored when I raised the issue with the blind.
