All Star Welding is a privately owned family company in the Northern Territory, we have extensive experience in the welding industry covering sheet metal, structural and piping. We work with a range of materials from Carbon Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Copper nickel and Duplex. Our workshop is located in the rural area with a well-established 12x32m shed that allows us to accommodate all our project needs with a large yard and a 7t forklift and crane truck on site. Our equipment includes Autodesk for 3D modelling and shop drawings, CNC plasma 0-32mm, 140t brake press, 2.4m Guillotine, 2.4m Pan brake, Band saw and a range of welding machines from Dual pulse welders to 400amp generator welders with LN25’s for site work. A 6x6m blast and paint shed to ensure project from start to finish is completed to our clients standards. Our Team is trained and competent for all projects ahead, our focus is on WHS and team members taking accountability for their actions and others to ensure a safe workplace with no risk taken. Quality Assurance is our greatest asset and strive for excellence beyond the standards and clients specifications to ensure our work is the highest of quality. Our responsible welding coordinator has their international welding Specialist (IWS) and international welding inspectors (IWIB) to make sure our work meets the appropriate standard and client specifications required for each project. We have previously worked with AS1554.1, AS3992, ASME IX and have strict weld procedures to meet our clients requirements. We take pride in supporting local businesses and upskill young fabricators for a stronger future for the industry. We currently have two apprentices employed with us and continue to show our support to reach their highest goals.
