It involved dismantling and removal of ‘fit out’ involving heavy floors, walls, and more. 3 large rooms in a large complex. Great price for a big job. The Balian team did an amazing landscaping job in our front garden. Made and Wayan arrived at 8am as promised and really put their backs in to what was a big job. They dug out a large rockery area and top soiled and mulched it. They went above and beyond and carefully mulched our nature strip garden as well. The end result was an amazing transformation, we are delighted! There have been endless compliments from locals, and even the postman stopped and said "Doesn't it look great!" We have subsequently booked the Balians for further jobs, and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are professional, creative and hard working. The whole area and driveway meticulously cleaned up before they left. They are not expensive, and you will be thrilled with the result.

I have hired some 4 large skips from Brown Skips. They were delivered relatively promptly and removed reasonably quickly. A 10 cubic size cost around $900 which included tip fees. Good Value

Great service, Tina was friendly and very helpful, they dropped off one bin, picked it up the next day and delivered a new one at the same time because we had more rubbish than we thought we had and didn’t organise a big enough bin in the first place, no fuss no worries sorted via email Chris
