We had a roof restoration and repaint conducted by Bernie recently. During the entire process Bernie kept us up to date with the process through some inclement weather conditions. Just under an hour after I sent an email, Roger called to give me a quote. (It was accurate and there was no nasty surprise on the day). He was very friendly and willing to fit our request into an already very busy day of his. (Ours was the eighth assignment for that day). He and Graham arrived on time and very quickly removed the items, including a bulky modular sofa with 2 recliners down 30 steps from Level 2. They wore gloves when carrying the items and would recycle them if possible, which I was heartened to know. Despite their busy schedule, Roger accepted on the spot, with a small extra cost, my additional request to empty my shed in the basement carpark, which I forgot when I sent him the email. It really saved my day. I have asked other companies, in addition to Wasteman, for quotes. Not only that they responded much more slowly than Roger but their quotes were also higher. All in all, I cannot recommend their service highly enough. Thank you very much, Roger and Graham.
