Today in the very windy weather I watched as the green bins were collected and emptied, many of which had blown open lids. To my amazement a few doors down, the bin had blown over. The driver got out, picked up the FOGO bags and then scooped up as much waste as he could, put it into the bin and emptied it. Please pass on my thanks to the worker for his consideration to the residents of Mt Kiera. Much appreciated.
