They are very experienced, reliable, efficient and friendly! We have used them a few times already and they do a brilliant job every time! They cleaned my mother's carpets and our rugs and lounge and they could not have done a much better job! They also did an amazing job when our bedroom carpets were flooded, they came right away and drew all the water out. I definitely recommend them!
