We specialise in freshly made gluten-free products as well as artisan sourdough and tasty handmade goods. We bought the bakery in 2018, recognising that it was a unique and growing business with a loyal customer base who demand exceptional quality. We soon grew into a tight-knit, passionate staff who believe in treating our customers like family. Our talented bakers pour their heart into everything we sell. The Blind Baker uses only the best, freshest ingredients to ensure our gluten-free sweet and savoury baked goods are of the highest quality and taste simply amazing! The ‘mother dough’ we use at the beginning of the baking process has been growing for years, producing an exceptional bread. It is low in sugar, is packed with a variety of nutrients and is beneficial for gut health.
