Our Men's Shed was formed on Thursday 23 June 2011 when about 50 people gathered in the Committee Rooms at Port Stephens Council administration building. Our initial Constitution was adopted and our first Board members were elected. On 28 October 2011 some minor changes to the Constitution were adopted to meet the requirements of the ATO and to bring it in line with the Dept of Fair Trading.
