Then we travel up to the third level where we find an open-plan living, dining, kitchen area that opens out onto the balcony. The top level has been designed to take full advantage of the amazing views, with a deck area furnished with tables and chairs. The rooms are generously sized with polished wooden flooring and air conditioning. Each 4-bedroom house sleeps 8 people, with 2 Queen Size beds and 4 single beds. The living room has a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave and full-size oven. A separate laundry with washing machine and dryer is located on the ground level. The gardens include a large in-ground salt water swimming pool with an adjacent BBQ area with tables and chairs. Each house has parking for 2 cars. The houses are completely private and peaceful in a natural bush setting with no adjacent housing, with a private path to the beach, which is only 120m away.
