The Little Music Shop is a proud icon and the only music shop still standing proudly and strongly. Founded by Bruce & Michelle Curnow The Little Music Shop is Shepparton's own home for instruments, PA gear, repairs, tuition and more! Bruce, who found fame as the drummer of 80's pop, funk and new wave band 'Kids in the Kitchen' is a proud music lover who values his customers as much as they do The Little Music Shop. Bruce is still playing in bands on a regular basis, including the occasional reformation of Kids in the Kitchen. Bruce worked as a Sound Engineer in Australian best recording studios in Melbourne, followed by several years in Television. In 2017 The Little Music Shop was nominated as a finalist for 'Customer Service Award' by the Shepparton Chamber's annual Business Awards.

Shepparton Sewing Centre commenced trading in October 1991 in Wyndham Street Shepparton. The goal then, as it is now, was to provide the best possible customer service in sewing machine sales, service and repair. This was also the start of the very successful association between Shepparton Sewing Centre and the Swiss sewing machine company Bernina. In 1993, due to increased turnover and expanded stock range, the Wyndham Street store was too small, so a move to Maude Street followed, purchasing the Val Hill Sewing Centre. It is with this move Shepparton Sewing Centre also became the Goulburn Valley representative for the Pfaff and Brother brands. In 1995 Naughtons Sewing Centre was purchased and the Janome brand was added to the excellent range of sewing machines offered. Due to the ever changing sewing market and the recent closure of Lincraft and Naughtons fabric stores, a fabrics store was opened in High Street, Shepparton in August 2004, providing a range of good quality dress and patchwork fabric, sewing patterns, notions, threads & haberdashery. After only a couple of years we had outgrown the High Street fabric store and a search was on for a new location.

Vardhman Threads and sewing supplies are bringing back personal service in an industry that has lost its friendly touch. We aim to supply threads, fittings and fabrics at a reasonable price that are top quality. The people behind Vardhman have been in this industry for the last thirty years and have a wealth of experience between them. The phone will always be answered for any questions you may have. We are situated in Euroa which is in rural Victoria. Our webbings, bindings, canvas and summer weight horse rug fabrics are all Australian made and can be made to order to your design if need be. The wool fabric is an imported product but it is also made from recycled Australian wool products. This is an environmentally friendly product being made from wool garments returned to wool fibre and then woven into fabric. We are very proud to have a hand in providing this fabric to be reused in our equestrian industry. All the parts and fitting we sell have been sourced from all over the world and all are of the highest quality available – we will not stock inferior products.
