I've studied Information Technology for a period of 3 years and have certificates in IT so I am very familiar with computer problems as well as different Embroidery Software's. As I have worked in the sewing industry for a period of 8 years I have picked up valuable information from educators from Bernina, Janome, Baby lock, Elna and Brother.
