Courteous and respectful service, combined with recognition of his passion for going the extra mile to locate why an engine isn't humming beautifully - then fixing it. Not only did he replace my radiator, as requested, but at his own initiative also added some extra protection for one of the down pipes which was perilously close to the block, that is what I call professional. Do not bother with any other so called mechanics/electricians.
