We were looking to beautify my mother's new place after recently losing dad. This was her first place without him in nearly 50 years and the team at Tweed Coast Security Screens & Blinds were amazing. We had marine-grade carpet laid on our outdoor area from Carpet Court. However, we had an issue with our carpet such that it required replacing. We spoke to Brendon at the Burleigh Heads branch and he handled everything. Brendon liaised with the supplier to replace the carpet; he organised the warranty claim; and the laying of the new carpet. The carpet layers were so efficient, it was done without any fuss. We highly recommend Brendon to anyone wishing to organise their flooring. His customer service was exceptional.
