I am a Paediatric Sleep Consultant with a B.A. and M.A. in Nursing. I also have 22 years of experience as a Family and Child Health Nurse. As a mother of four kids, two of whom are twins, I have a deep understanding of children's needs. In my 18-year nursing career, I have specialised in premature babies and have served extensively as an early childhood nurse.

I’ve helped doctors, teachers, celebrities and coaches both-in Australia and abroad. In the Gold Coast I can visit any suburb in the QLD within 50 klms of my sleep clinic in Currumbin. Or do what the majority of my clients have do, and can sign up for my 1:1 baby sleep support program. This program has intensive support for a two full weeks in the form of Text, Audio & Video In App support. This includes stand by baby sleep support the first evening of the program where I will be there (virtually) by your side as we get your baby to sleep for the first evening. My 20+ years of experience as a baby sleep coach started in London as a mothercraft night nanny.
