Bundaberg Solar put a 3.5 system on my house in Hervey Bay over 4months ago now. I couldn't wait to see my next power bill to see how much I was saving. When I received my electricity bill I was surprised to see that Ergon had failed to read the meter correctly and charged me 3 times the amount of my average bill. I called the guys at Bundaberg Solar for help, they came out, immediately realised that Ergon had taken the wrong reading and even battled with Ergon to have the meter re-read and issued.
