As a nod to this new chapter and a symbol of our commitment to quality, a re-brand was built into the sale, leaving the Edwards family legacy with the Edwards family where it belongs, but taking the knowledge and skills gained from the transition and emerging proudly as ’The Butcher's Chop’.
