REIKI -- Following the principles of Dr Mikao Usui I tap into the universal life force to conduct healing energy that restores emotional, spiritual and energetic harmony. Great for stress, pain relief, and enhancing the body's natural healing processes, this is a deeply relaxing and restorative treatment. REMEDIAL MASSAGE -- Working with varying levels of pressure, my technique incorporates trigger point therapy and some acupressure to provide lasting relief from sore, tight muscles. LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE -- This very light technique works only skin deep to stimulate the action of the lymphatic system. This pain-free treatment is deeply relaxing, rejuvenates the body and is a powerful support for weight loss and detoxification.
