I had been using Cape Byron Glass on many occasions. But when I asked them to get back to me about a shower screen that was top quality (or so we were promised and paid for) which did not have the desired effect, I was disappointed that I never even received a returned phone call. No matter how many messages I left. This has been about 2 years ago, but I have never used them again. We had been happy with them before. But bad customer service when all is not well is a NO NO to me.

I wanted one tile to replace a really old one that was hard to find. The girl who served me looked 'out the back' and found one that was as close to it as I was going to get. She then GAVE the tile to me. I was totally overwhelmed! Wonderful shop and staff! Thank you Instyle!
