Classes are capped at 12 participants to ensure you are being closely supervised and assisted so bookings are essential. The classes available are: PunchFit - Partnered training (one person on gloves, one on punch pad/kick shield) which teaches you correct boxing and kicking technique in a safe and controlled environment. Perfect for weight loss, toning and aerobic conditioning . CrossTrain - Circuit training using a variety of equipment and exercises including kettlebells, battling ropes, dumbbells, suspension trainers, gym rings, resistance bands, fit balls, torsonator etc. Designed to increase lean muscle and reduce fat while increasing aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
