Old School Kungfu Boxing and Fitness is a Martial Arts and fitness school focussing on Wing Chun Kungfu, boxing and fitness for all ages and abilities. Si Fu Robert Nolan has studied Wing Chun Kungfu for over a decade and is a firm believer in the art as a means not only of self defence, but also personal growth and improvement of health.
