Steve and Matt, together with Brooke and Renee - forming Atchison and Hicks Construction are going to be leaders in this industry. Why? Well, I was losing money trying to run a cafe, and had to immediately change the use of the premises to an apartment. Not knowing how to do this, I was recommended to call Steve and Matt. Not only did they visit that same day, they set a whole timetable for me including all their recommended contacts for Council, insurance, trades, retails shops and interior designer. Their quote was very fair, not too cheap and not too high - a win win for us both. They then project managed the entire works. Their dedication is from the heart, they genuinely care. They go over and above, meeting tight deadlines with first class quality.
