After spending almost 30 years building a successful accounting and financial planning practice, they sold the financial planning practice to their son, Jerome Alam, who continues as John Alam & Partners. The accounting practice was sold to John’s cousin, Charlie Alam, and is operating as CTA Accountants. Jerome Alam has worked for John Alam & Partners since 2007 and has been a financial adviser since 2012.
