We are here to give you the best experience possible. Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Individual Living Options (ILO: We have many beautiful homes available for independent living. We believe in empowering participants in these homes to live full, fun lives. to build their capacity and be supported all the way. Community Access and In-home Supports: Our focus is on finding the best possible support to match your needs. Whether it's assisting you to access services in the community or supporting you in the home, our team of passionate support workers will be matched to suit you as an individual with your needs in mind. Day Programs for Capacity Building: Our Day Program provides a supportive and engaging environment where participants can develop new skills and enjoy various activities. From cooking and art to community outings, we offer a wide range of experiences that promote both learning and fun. In our dedicated shed space, participants can explore woodwork, metalwork, and auto shop programs, all designed to build practical skills and confidence. Customised Employment: Our amazing Customised Employment team work collaboratively with participants to develop goals to gain meaningful employment and work with participants and their employers to ensure success.
