George and the team were fantastic to deal with. George's initial quote and estimation of the total cost of the project was accurate. They were helpful and willing to make small changes without additional "or hidden" costs and at no time did we feel like they would be charging us for "extras". Their cost of piering was significantly cheaper than another builder in the area ( who would have charged us over $100 more per LM, and also would charge us additional cost for inadequate steel and concrete in the initial quote). In 2016, we were very fortunate to work with Adept Pools as Glen Beaumont agreed to take on the project of building a pool and surrounds at our property in Corlette. With limited access and a difficult block, Adept Pools proved themselves to be magicians at thinking outside the box to solve problems, initiating solutions effectively mindful of our needs and budget. The pool building process with Adept Pools has been an extremely positive and creative process. Adept Pools are a highly professional company that worked tirelessly to ensure we were left with an outstandingly beautiful and functional product. Glen Beaumont was generous with his time and worked with us to build a concept that would be manageable. Our budget was agreed upon and work commenced in a planned and ordered manner. The team of specialist engineers and tradesmen take pride in their work. Our family were very impressed with the Adept Team and their attention to detail, the skills displayed and the care that was taken with our home and pets. It was always wonderful to come home to see what had been done during the day. Our family will always be truly thankful for the ideas and craftsmanship Adept Pools gave when completing our pool. They worked above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend their ethos and the product you swim in after the building equipment is taken away. There regular water testing, and also retest samples if readings look wrong and consistent reports enable you to self manage the pool and they always have stock on hand. Never had an issue.
