Yoga, meditation, yoga days. Megen Hibbins specializes in Yin Yoga, Hatha, Sivananda yoga flows, and Meditation. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 500 Megen has completed yoga courses through different schools and continues to train to keep herself up to date with yoga education so that she can best support her classes in every way. Her style is fun, with individual bodies motivated by a unity-based community flow. Megen does private, corporate, and class lessons. Classes are in Glen Innes at the Community & District Centre every Sunday from 9:30 - 10:45 am.. Bookings are excepted by text message or phone calls.

Wonderful welcoming classes, with a nice person that guides, cares and works with every person individually. Megen keeps classes small so you really have to book, but they are fun, relaxing and suitable for all levels.
