Since then Adarsh has been in private practice both as a general dentist and an orthodontist additionally serving as teaching faculty at University in Mumbai for three years. In 2008 Adarsh took up the challenge of proving himself at an international stage and took the Australian Dental Council exam for direct recognition of his skill in Australia. He successfully completed the challenge on the first attempt and moved to Australia early 2009. He has been in private practice in Australia since January of 2009 in Mackay, Queensland, in a busy private practice as a dentist working over forty hours a week for two and a half years before moving on to set up Oris Dental in Minyama. He is particularly interested in Cosmetic dentistry and Orthodontics and has been the dentist to many dentists!
