Brilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!

Phoned today to request a technician to fix our loss of signal from antenna. Steve arrived promptly then found and fixed the problem, giving us a full rundown of what had to be replaced beforehand. Friendly and efficient service. Highly recommend.
