We have used another company for our termite inspections in the past and they told us that everything was fine. We decided to try another company as the price kept going up every year and we happened to find Splat. Their prices were more reasonable compared to most and they were more thorough their termite inspection report. We will be using them from now on and will tell all of our friends to use them also.

The technician from Pro Pest Control was very helpful and knowledgeable. He addressed my biggest concern which were rats in the attic, setting traps for them as well outside near where they are entering!
