Thanks to Audy, he just saved us a huge headache with a couple of Pre-purchase inspections where he identified Inactive Subterranean Termite Mudding and Tracking in one of the duplex properties he inspected. In previous purchases, we had always tried to get a person who did both Building and Pest Inspections but, never again will we do that after this experience. The Building Inspection Report (done by others) came back all clear, there was nothing untoward in the report. However, Audy's report identified major issues that we would have expected the Building Report should have identified. Inspected 3 of my recent property purchases. Thorough, on time, explained all, very detailed reports, high level of experience, and knowledge. Building inspectors do not do gutters, electrical or plumbing and advised me to arrange these reports also separately. Will use again for the next purchases
