at the entry counter the man was very loud and unpleasant . the zoo itself needs some upgrade but understandable after all the rain and covid. the service at the food counter was a disgrace as people waited for an hour to get a cup of tea / a muffin /a wrap/a milkshake. the ice-cream counter was not open to order so people were waiting there for nothing .Why when you got that many poeple to serve sorry but this day was disappointing to us .

You won't be disappointed! I recommend Frankie’s Travel 120%. Monique was a great host, and she made sure we got the most out of our day in the Hunter Valley. The pick up was from our front door in Newcastle, and the day was spent eating fabulous foods, sipping wines, and topped off with delicious vodkas! Frankie's Tours is a must.

The Koala Hospital is such an interesting place to visit. You can see the structure where they check injured koalas and the permanet koala residents that cannot go back to the wild. They also have a big areas of koalas you cannot see cause they are in rehabilitation. At 3pm they offer a free tour and give you info about koala and how they take care about koalas. Very interesting. You can also adopt a koala which i think is very helpful for these passionate people that help koalas for free. It is a great learning experience and eye opener into rehabilitation for koalas. A must see

My family and I holiday in Port Macquarie every few years and I must say, my grandkids thoroughly enjoy the lessons they have had when we are here. Being from the Gold Coast, you would think they couldn't find any better, but the team at Port Macquarie Surf School, from the initial enquiry to completion of their lessons, leave the Gold Coast operators for dead. Thank you for providing a fantastic experience for the kids.

You needn't bother going anywhere else for your craft or scrapbooking needs. Nicole is a delight - bubbly and nothing is too much trouble for her. They have a great array of bibs and bobs - stuff you can't always find anywhere else. Thoroughly recommend a visit.
