You can hold your event in the Jackson Centre, a large stable and barn which can accommodate very large parties and has brick floors, power and water. Alternatively, there is the function centre, a relatively new building with a function room that can be divided in two and seats up to 95, a small modern kitchen, and a courtyard which can accommodate a small marquee and dance floor. The gardens comprise of extensive lawns, large trees, flower beds and two large flat areas for the placement of hired marquees. The peace and quiet of Saumarez will surround you on your special occasion.

This ten-hectare grazing property was first inhabited by British settlers led by Henry Dumaresq in the 1830's. Today it includes an elegant, extensive, fully furnished Edwardian homestead, built between 1888 and 1906, and 15 farm and other buildings dating up to 1910, with their collections of early farm equipment.

This place is definitely worth a visit. Excellent. The property is very well maintained in its 1906 state. The tour guide is fantastic too. Lunch at their cafe was also very pleasant. I highly recommend it to anyone.
