Lease Clean Newcastle were courteous and punctual to deal with, both for visiting and providing a quote, and on the day of the job. I was very happy with the service, doing everything in the unit including the outside windows and sweeping up all the leaves ( small single storey unit). The place looked great on completion. Have used Urban Mark for the second time to wash down the exterior of our house. While we were satisfied with the first job the most recent job was excellent. Anthony has clearly acquired a lot of experience and specialised cleaning equipment and products since the first clean and we can't fault the result. An added bonus is that Anthony is a nice person who is very reliable, not always true of a of a lot of contractors

My husband and I had been out to dinner and on return I accidentally knocked his red wine glass and it completely stained the back of our large cream chair. Carpet Diem were the only firm, of the four we contacted, who were willing to come and attempt to remove the large stain after seeing the photos. Carpet Diem had previously attended to our carpets and had delivered great results. We thought there would at the least be a large stain left from the red wine after the treatment, however, there was literally no visible residual staining. Ben worked on the red wine stain for 3 hours and despite us telling him that he did not need to keep trying because we were aware that it was impossible “to fix” he diligently soldiered on. At the end there was literally no sign of any red wine. Communication, price, professionalism, care and turnaround were incredible! The images speak for themselves!
