Have used Urban Mark for the second time to wash down the exterior of our house. While we were satisfied with the first job the most recent job was excellent. Anthony has clearly acquired a lot of experience and specialised cleaning equipment and products since the first clean and we can't fault the result. My husband and I had been out to dinner and on return I accidentally knocked his red wine glass and it completely stained the back of our large cream chair. Carpet Diem were the only firm, of the four we contacted, who were willing to come and attempt to remove the large stain after seeing the photos. Carpet Diem had previously attended to our carpets and had delivered great results. We thought there would at the least be a large stain left from the red wine after the treatment, however, there was literally no visible residual staining. Ben worked on the red wine stain for 3 hours and despite us telling him that he did not need to keep trying because we were aware that it was impossible “to fix” he diligently soldiered on. At the end there was literally no sign of any red wine. Communication, price, professionalism, care and turnaround were incredible! The images speak for themselves!

Carpets are so nice and clean again thanks to the help from Freedom Carpet Cleaning, what a great service friendly and honest, highly recommending them to all for a great clean. They even do leather lounges will be getting them back for ours soon.

This eased the pressure when I was getting my house ready to rent. They offer carpet cleaning and tile cleaning services (among others). I decided to have both done to save me time. I highly recommend and it was well worth choosing the services. Especially the tile and grout cleaning, as I tried to scrup my whole downstairs area on my hands and knees.
