Woodylands crafts was born from the partnership of 2 friends and colleagues who share a passion for nature, arts, wood and crafts. When Sun Ling bought a wooden music box gift for Marco's firstborn child Jonas (often appearing as the "star" in our website) both he and she liked it so much that they set out to start designing their own. She had purchased this beautiful wooden kweepsake in one of her trip back home in the Hunan province. Specifically, in the village of Zhang Jia Jie (remember the movie Avatar?). They got inspired by that and so they started designing all the products you see in the website today. Hundreds of designs of both daily life situations, special occasions and the "wonders of the world" sceneries.
