To repair a burst water pipe connection I hired a concrete cutter for half a day. Before I could return home a plumber had arrived and assessed that it would not be necessary to cut through a concrete path, and proceeded to fix the leak. Two hours after I had hired the concrete cutter I returned to Kawana Hire to return the it, and mentioned that as I had not needed to use the cutter, it would not need servicing. I was not seeking a refund of the hire fee, but after a brief inspection of the cutter the proprietors offered to refund in full the hire fee. While I have been a irregular client for many years, I was very pleasantly surprised with the offer, and will continue to patronise the business when I need machinery.

I was wanting to create a level platform in a sloping site for our outdoor courtyard. John answered the call and achieved what I wanted with ease. His little digger excavated out the area in 3 hours and was bang on for level. Easy to deal with. Will be using him again
