Absolute Forklift TrainingThe two WODs were programmed really well! It was a great workout that left me feeling satisfied. I look forward to dropping in again! I really enjoyed it when I dropped in with Matt at Crossfit Maitland. He was a friendly great coach. Everyone was friendly here. The gym itself is also well laid out.
