“Lewis and his team removed a 35-year-old poinciana. After inspection, Lewis advised that it was very compromised and would likely fall without warning due to bracken fungus having rotted its roots. It was very sad to see it go, and Lewis was very understanding (and sad too) and gave us professional aborist advice and all the options! We have kept the Qld bottle, which unfortunately has also been afflicted with the fungus. Hopefully, by following the advice, we will get to enjoy another 5 -10 years of this magnificent tree. I've learned that the bracken fungus is terminal! The team also removed a large queen palm and 6 large gum trees. They were very efficient and professional, doing everything possible to reduce damage in the gardens and to the surrounding trees. All areas were left clean and tidy. This is why we have always used the services of Lewis and his team at CQ Trees.”
