Didn’t sigh once ,even though he had to show me the same thing over and over until I finally got it . Technology is not my strong point , but he found a way that aI could understand . I had a problem with an older Samsung TV and rang for some assistance. The fellow I spoke to (Edwin?) was great - he asked for details about what I had encountered and then ran through a list of checks and ways to try to rectify the issue. After further discussion, he stated that it was likely to be a main board problem and that the board in my particular TV was quite complex and a replacement board was unlikely to be found. He did not try to have me bring the TV in. I was really impressed that he was so generous and open in sharing his knowledge and experience, explaining a bit of history of my particular TV and how to fix some of the issues encountered with that model. He did not try and 'sell' his repair service at all, in fact he made it clear that my particular issue was unlikely to be repairable if the tips he suggested were not effective. I ended the phone call with armed with one last method to try and resolve the issue at no cost.
